Photonis is company within the Exosens group, the European leader in cutting-edge electro-optical technologies catering to defense and industrial applications. Join our team as a Supply Chain and European Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our ambitious ramp-up plan within the SCM department. As a key player in the European Supply Chain Management team, based in Roden (NL) and Brive (FR), you will lead a team of 10 professionals and contribute to the dynamic and collaborative atmosphere in Roden as the:

Supply Chain and European Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

Manage and develop your own department (Planning, Projects & Sales Admin) to enhance its crucial role within the Supply Chain organization Work closely with the European Supply Chain Management team and the Management Team in Roden Take charge of the Supply Chain QR/QC for Roden, aiming to minimize disruptions to planning Optimize SCM workflows and processes to increase efficiency Oversee SCM processes and coordinate high-priority projects Lead the digital transformation of the supply chain in Europe to enhance efficiency and generate savings Report directly to the Europe Supply Chain Director

Our ideal candidate:

Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch Pro-active attitude with the ability to stimulate change and influence without relying on authority Possess an analytic mindset to identify and implement improvements Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Sage Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a related field Master’s degree or equivalent in experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering Willing to travel (Around 6 times / year) to our facility in Brive, France Available for a full time position (40 hrs/week)
