Job Summary
As an ERP Systems Software Engineer, you will serve as a skilled and knowledgeable IT team member whose role is to provide the business support and deliver best practices around the analysis, design and development of software applications and solutions in line with the business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Supports the development, testing and implementation of new software solutions, upgrades and/or enhancements. Ensures the business are aware of the latest capabilities and drive standard application best practice. Ensures IT security requirements are observed and designed into future demand/requirements. Provides structured training for business/function(s) for maximum effectiveness. Ensure application lifecycle management. Be a trusted partner to the business in providing fit for purpose applications and solutions. Be aware of the latest capabilities and drive the use of standard tools and processes in the system arena. Liaising with external parties (e.g. consultants, software vendors, auditors etc.) where required. Gathers functional and non-functional requirements of systems, processes and business models. Supports the change management process Assist in determining time and cost estimates for assigned projects. Identifies options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability. Documenting processes and procedures (and maintaining them).Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
A minimum 3 years of hands-on programming experience with .NET and C# in a MS Web Server environment. A minimum 3 years of Creating/maintaining supporting & maintaining Oracle objects, stored procedures, tables, views, functions, materialized views, DB links, etc. in a Relational database environment (preferably Oracle). A minimum 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance requirementsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or 5+ years of equivalent experience. Experience with Cincom Control is desired. Great organizational and time management skills. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Finance, Engineering and/or purchasing. Experience working in an Aerospace and Defense environment.We’ll offer you fantastic challenges and amazing opportunities.
