In verband met de voortdurend nieuwe productontwikkeling en de daarbij behorende groei en verjonging van onze matrijzen, productiemiddelen en organisatie zijn wij voor de afdeling spuitgieterij op zoek naar een fulltime Hoofd Process Engineer
Als Hoofd process engineer stuur je een team van 4 machinestellers / process engineers aan en draag je zorg voor een optimale instelling en werking van de spuitgietmachines, robots en randapparatuur, zodat de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de productieprocessen worden gewaarborgd. Je hoofdtaken bestaan uit:
Dagelijkse coördinatie en het operationeel aansturen van de machinestellers en proefspuiter; Het optimaal ombouwen, instellen en opstarten van spuitgietmachines, robots en randapparatuur; Het zo optimaal mogelijk inrichten van het spuitgietproces teneinde de kwaliteit van de producten te garanderen en het proces zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen; Zelfstandig oplossen van storingen; Het doen van verbetervoorstellen en adviseren over proces- en productoptimalisaties; Het uitvoeren van proefspuitingen van nieuwe producten; Rapporteren van de proefspuitbevindingen;Wie zoeken we?
Je hebt een MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau werktuigbouwkunde met aanvullende opleidingen / cursussen spuitgieten; Kennis van spuitgietmachines en bijbehorende robots en automatisering, matrijzen en materialen; Je hebt ruime werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en bij voorkeur ook van de Engelse en Duitse taal; Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en beschikt over een goed analytisch vermogen; Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Office en hebt ervaring met het opstellen van rapportages;-
