What would my role be?
Fuelling the future, one deal at a time. You’re here to identify, structure, and close power deals that drive the future forward. From EV charging to hydrogen production, battery storage to biofuels, you're in the field, creating tangible value in the evolving power market. With advanced models, new EPEX and EEX memberships, and a growing portfolio, you’ll aim high—meeting ambitious goals in both volume and profit. Every day, you’ll connect with power users across the Netherlands and Germany, assess their needs, and negotiate custom contracts that deliver real results. Working in a lean, agile team, you’ll partner with top managers, traders, and EV experts to discover new possibilities in this fast-moving environment.

You’ve got at least 4 years under your belt in the European power sector, backed by a Master’s degree in business or a technical field with a strong academic record. By now, you understand the bigger picture: how things like grid tariffs, flexibility, commodity prices, and green certificates influence business, allowing you to make smart proposals. With excellent analytical and communication skills, you can easily weigh risks and rewards.
Entrepreneurial by nature, you’re independent, proactive, and driven by curiosity to engage with a diverse range of partners. Results matter to you, and you know how to turn contacts into contracts. As a team player with leadership skills, you’re ready to build a team, gain support for your models, and bring strong project management and market insight. You’re fluent in Dutch and English, with German as an extra.
