Je gaat projectmatig aan de slag bij uiteenlopende uitgangspunten en biedt hier een ondersteunde rol; Bruto maandsalaris tussen de 2800 en 4000 euro per maand, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring. DIT GA JE DOEN

In de rol van Project Management Ondersteuner binnen de wereld van banken, verzekeraars en pensioenfondsen bied je hulp bij het aansturen op de doelen van het project. Je helpt met risico's inschatten, deadlines halen, prioriteren, de juiste mensen op de juiste plek krijgen, en het management van de projectdriehoek tijd-geld-kwaliteit. Je kijkt mee naar de context, afspraken, werkinstructies, processen en samenwerkingen in teams. Jouw taak is om kennis en ervaring in te zetten, om de werkzaamheden efficiënter en effectiever in te richten. Hiervoor breng je de huidige situatie in kaart, begrijp je wat er nodig is om te verbeteren en implementeer je veranderingen om dit tot een succes te maken. 

De uitgangspunten zijn erg uiteenlopend, zo kan je de ene keer terecht komen bij een bank of verzekeraar voor procesoptimalisatie. De andere keer wordt er van je verwacht dat je zelfstandig ondersteuning biedt binnen een organisatie, waarbij je betrokken bent bij zowel de operatie als de klant.

Telkens weer een nieuw project, in een nieuwe omgeving, met nieuwe mensen. Dit biedt de kans om steeds een kijkje te nemen binnen een organisatie. Je verstaat je vak en bijt je vast in vraagstukken, samen met een Project Manager. Hiermee laat je een impact achter bij de klant en blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen als consultant. 

Je biedt klanten de 'EIFFEL experience'. ''Dat is er één van EIFFEL'' zien we als een kwaliteitsstempel. Je zet net dat ene stapje extra, wat de klant niet verwacht.

Voor de functie Project Manager Ondersteuner beschik je daarnaast over de volgende dingen:

Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding richting Bedrijfskunde, Strategic Management of een vergelijkbare opleiding. Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in de financiële sector. Je sociale skills zijn uitstekend: je bent mensgericht, empathisch en maakt makkelijk contact. Je bent een echte verbinder door samen te werken. Pré: Je bent in het bezit van een opleiding Lean Yellow, Green of Black belt of Professional Scrum Master.
