As an HSE professional for 2 Giga Watts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our Offshore 2 Giga Watts program. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and make a real impact on the success of our projects.

In this role, you will guide the HSE Advisors and provide them with the resources and support they need to excel. You will also work closely with the project team to ensure compliance with safety rules and implement improvements where necessary.

Your profile and background

At TenneT, we value safety above all else. We are looking for candidates with an Engineering or Technology degree at Bachelor or Master level, in possession of a HVK-diploma (or equivalent) or studying for this qualification. Experience in Offshore or Civil jobs is an advantage.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. With over 70 nationalities represented at TenneT, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from all over the world.

This role will require travel to locations such as Asia and Scandinavia, so a sense of adventure is a must You will also need to complete medical tests and offshore training to ensure your safety while visiting our offshore locations.

The department Health, Safety and Environment ensures and supports HSE compliance for the units Grid Field Operations and Large Projects based on TenneT guidelines and principles. Furthermore, the team supports establishing a top class safety culture and environment in which it is possible for everyone to go home safe every day.

As soon as possible The weekly working time is 32 to 40 hours Type of contract is indefinite The basic salary for this position will be between € 3.879,- and € 7.660,- based on scale 8 of our TSO CLA.
