Who you are

Do you already have some experience in the field of logistics and familiarity with logistical processes? Have you gained administrative experience, or are you open to learning? If so, you might be the warehouse support specialist we're searching for

As administrative assistant you also possess the following qualities:

  • You have experience with SAP and Excel
  • You are very analytical and result oriented
  • You master the English language in word and writing
  • You always make sure that problems are solved quickly
  • You are open to working day shifts on a rotating schedule.
What will you do

As a Warehouse support specialist you are the first point of contact for your colleagues with stock and order-related questions. You will also look for an appropriate solution in case of problems. You will also ensure that all orders are processed properly.

You will also perform the following tasks:

  • Inventory changes of goods and inventory accuracy in SAP
  • For structural problems, you implement possible improvements
  • You communicate with customers and various departments
  • You ensure the preparation of various reports on both customers and the internal organization
  • You process all the orders administrative
