Passionate about implementing CRM in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem? Join our team as a Functional Architect and participate in the creation and implementation of innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to address our customers' business challenges.

The CE team carries out projects relate to the Microsoft Dynamics 356 Customer Engagement solution focused on Sales, Marketing, Field Service and Customer Service. Of course, the Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise and so are Copilot, PVA and DCCP. You will be part of a fun and dedicated team made up of enthusiastic, motivated, and supportive colleagues. The team is cross-skilled, including functional profiles, delivery leads and presales consultants in addition to our technical colleagues.· Leading projects requiring significant coordination, with the freedom to use your own discernment and methodologies · Working with D365 Customer Engagement as a functional leader · Hands on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions for customers in a variety of industries · Reviewed team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test) · Designed conceptual architecture and functional and/or technical solutions for large complex technology projects · At least five full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM · Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is required· Passion for CRM and its Microsoft ecosystem. · You are able to work effectively in a team in an international context. · You have a proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing. · You place quality and customer needs at the center of your work. · You have excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in an international environment.· Establish global CRM architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines · Support the sales team in crafting deals, with accountability for overall estimates · Recommend the right CRM software and solutions for your clients’ need · Guide your project team, establishing and tracking achievements, coordinating actions, seeking expert advice, balancing open issues, and contributing to team meetings and reports · Define how we measure business and operations success and validate CRM system performance · Support clients on CRM standards and prepare them for using their CRM solution by setting training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities · Grow your network through educational opportunities, reading industry publications, building and maintaining your personal and business networks, and joining professional organizationsSome of the best things about working at Avanade : · Opportunity to work for Microsoft’s Global Alliance Partner of the Year (14 years in a row), with exceptional development and training (minimum 8 hours per year for training and paid certifications) · Real-time access to technical and skilled resources globally · Dedicated career advisor to encourage your growth · Engaged and helpful coworkers genuinely interested in you
