Functieomschrijving

As a warehouse worker, also known as a Runner, you are responsible for pallet sealing according to the required standards. You ensure that the customer receives the correct products, and you do this as part of the Operations team. In this department, you work together to ensure everything is delivered correctly and on time to the customer. The atmosphere is positive and collegial, and everyone strives for the best result for the customer.

Your day starts with a brief team meeting to discuss the targets of the previous day, share any special considerations, and address safety issues. Then, you get to work. Using an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT), you start on the first pallet of the day, checking for any damage and then sealing the pallet to ensure all products are securely packaged for transport.

Working as a Runner at Schneider Electric is challenging, but the set goals are achievable and motivating. Safety always comes first, and you receive the necessary training from experienced colleagues to support you in your role.

You work in two shifts: from 06.00-15.00 hours and from 15.00-00.00 hours.

Functie-eisen

Do you meet the following requirements?

  • You are available full-time in two shifts, from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to midnight.
  • You have experience operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT).
  • Willingness to perform physical work.
  • Communicatively proficient in Dutch and/or English.
  • You are a true team player with an eye for detail.
  • You can independently reach Schneider Electric in Helmond by car, bike, or on foot.
