YOUR CHALLENGE

Youare an all-round project leader and enjoy dealing with different topics anddisciplines within Seed Technology. Projects at Incotec can be about launchingnew products but also about improving production and business processes. InEnkhuizen but possibly also worldwide. You monitor progress and manageresources. You manage project staff, support and motivate people and make surethings get done. You work together with internal and external parties such assuppliers, municipal authorities or consultants.

YOU ARE
Youhave higher vocational level (hbo) working and thinking level. You are a realteam player and organiser and get things done. You communicate clearly in Dutchand English, are flexible, can easily switch from one task to another and enjoytaking initiative. You are enthusiastic and feel responsible for your own tasksbut are always willing to help colleagues.
