For our hair care technology team in Zwijndrecht, we are currently looking for a
Scientist Hair Care AdditivesThe Job
Within Ashland’s Personal care organization, this role is part of the R&D hair care team. The Scientist will report to the team leader hair care in Ashland’s European centre of excellence for hair care in Zwijndrecht NL and is responsible for developing new additives for hair care formulations. Next to development of new products, search for new applications of existing materials and develop the use of these further.
Assessing market needs together with the marketing and sales team for the development of new additives will be key.

Technical/Professional Expertise
- B.Sc. or higher in Chemistry or chemical engineering
- Knowledge of cosmetic chemistry or sensorial testing would be helpful.
