Wat ga je doen en waar draag je aan bij?

Als Developer in Dynamics365 F&O hou je je bij Waternet bezig met verschillende uitdagende werkzaamheden. Je hebt een brede kennis van financiële processen en organisatiestructuren, actuele wet- & regelgeving. Als D365 F&O developer ga je systemen koppelen en integreren binnen D365 F&O. Denk hierbij aan LogicApps en Speciale services die voor Waternet worden gemaakt. Daarnaast ben je de sparringpartner van onze Solution Architect. Samen bedenken jullie de beste oplossingen die passen binnen de kaders van Waternet. Je begrijp de behoeftes van van de eindgebruikers, key-users en teamleden. Je kunt de standaardoplossingen vergelijken met wat er nodig is, en die veranderen in praktische gebruiksvoorbeelden en verhalen. 

Door jou brede kennis en ervaring ben je niet bang de leiding te nemen als het gaat om technische zaken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en ontsluiting van nieuwe functies op het platform die het businessproces ondersteunen. Verder neem je initiatief om technische problemen op te lossen, gebruikers en teamleden op te leiden wanneer nodig en derdelijns support te leveren.

Welkom in het team

Als Scrumteam, bestaande uit application engineers, testers, analisten, een scrummaster en product owner, starten we de dag met een daily standup. Hierbij bespreken we aan de hand van onze scrumboard wat teamleden de dag ervoor gedaan hebben en wat zij de komende dag gaan doen en of zij elkaar nodig hebben. Hierbij worden ook de eventuele impediments (belemmeringen) genoemd en geadresseerd, hetzij naar andere teamleden, hetzij naar de scrummaster en/of de productowner. Alle werkzaamheden/activiteiten die op het board staan dragen bij aan het afronden van userstories en daarmee aan het afronden van de sprint.

 
Je komt in een team waar je niet alleen staat: al hebben alle teamleden hun eigen expertise, je geeft als team committment op het sprintdoel. Je helpt je collega`s en zij helpen jou om jullie uiteindelijk als team een succesvolle sprint te behalen. 

Wat breng je mee?

HBO werk- en denkniveau 3 jaar aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met ontwikkelen in Dynamics365 F&O 2 jaar aantoonbare kennis & ervaring met Azure

 
Naast de harde eisen gaat onze voorkeur uit naar iemand met ervaring in financiële processen en de utility sector, bekendheid met Agile DevOps (SCRUM) en Logic Apps, evenals kennis van SQL en ervaring in het ontwerpen en implementeren van Microservices. Bovendien is een certificering als MS Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Developer (MB-500) en Core F&O (MB-300) een grote plus

Als je bij Waternet werkt, heb je uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden:

Tussen de 4.149 - 5.742 (schaal 11) bruto per maand voor 36 uur per week Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden op basis van de cao Werken voor waterschappen. Je ontvangt boven op je salaris een Individueel Keuze Budget van maar liefst 21%. Dit kan je laten uitbetalen in extra vrije dagen, een opleiding of salaris. De mogelijkheid om hybride te werken (50/50) Een ruim opleidingsbudget van 6.000, - voor jou persoonlijk Een reiskostenvergoeding van 0,21 netto per kilometer of een vergoeding op basis van 2e-klasse woon-werk verkeer. Een thuiswerkvergoeding van 3,- netto per thuiswerkdag Een vergoeding (850,-) om je thuiswerkplek in te richten Een pensioenverzekering via het ABP pensioenfonds
