Als Managing Consultant Portfoliomanagement ben jij de drijvende kracht achter duurzaam succes op strategisch niveau. Je bent niet alleen een strategisch meesterbrein, maar ook een resultaatgerichte veranderaar. Met bewezen methoden leid je organisaties naar een effectiever portfoliomanagement. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse stakeholders om helderheid te creëren in portfolio's en besluitvormingsprocessen te versterken. Jouw expertise wordt ingezet voor het identificeren, beoordelen en prioriteren van projecten in lijn met de organisatiestrategie. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het opzetten van governance- en rapportagestructuren. Kortom, dé motor achter strategische groei.
Dit wil ik Maar wat is er nodig van mij?
Jij hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma op zak en minimaal drie jaar ervaring als change consultant of in een gerelateerde rol. Daarnaast heb je al één of meerdere transformatie en/of change projecten op je naam staan. Het liefst ben je hier end-to-end bij betrokken geweest. En met jouw diepgaande kennis van portfoliomanagement, kun je hier direct aan de slag.
Dubbel check, maar ik wil er wel op vooruitgaan
Dat snappen wij als geen ander. Daarom ontvang je een maandsalaris tussen de €4.000,- en €5.400,- en uitstekende benefits. Zo kun je rekenen op een aantrekkelijke maandelijkse bonus en een onbeperkt aantal vakantiedagen die je zelf mag indelen. Dat reisje naar de zon of mooie besneeuwde bergtoppen kun je dus altijd even meepakken.
