In this role, you will be involved in developing and optimizing algorithms for image processing, video processing, and computer vision applications. You will work closely with a team of experts to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. As a problem-solver with a passion for innovation, you have a unique ability to create cutting-edge solutions. You are comfortable starting from concept creation, defining and performing verification experiments, simulations, and feasibility demonstrations. Additionally, you possess strong technical writing skills and are able to clearly articulate the results of your work in technical reports.
Functie-eisen
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computing Science
- Research experience in the area of signal/image/video processing or computer vision
- Combines strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Affinity with 3D model concepts, multiview video, human visual perception, optics, and (interactive) video manipulation workflows is an advantage.
