Leiding geven aan een team QC-medewerkers; Rapporteren aan de Operations Director; Efficiënt en effectief inrichten van QC-processen; Afstemmen van prioriteiten en coördineren van taken binnen het team; Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de inrichting van de laboratoriumomgeving, gebruik en werking van laboratoriumapparatuur en verbruiksmiddelen; Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de organisatie op het gebied van QC-gerelateerde onderwerpen en vraagstukken; Zorgdragen voor een veilige en schone werkomgeving; Nauw samenwerken met de QaESH en Supplier Risk teams; Controleren, oplossen en managen van afwijkingen; Outlet/bestemming van afgekeurde goederen bepalen; Maken van trendoverzichten; Initiëren en voorzitten van het afdelingsoverleg; Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor opleiding, training, beoordeling, verzuim en recruitment van QC-medewerkers; Deelnemen aan diverse overlegstructuren.Wat vragen wij?
