The opportunity
Due to the divestiture of TAPI from TEVA, we are building finance functions. In line with the TAPI transformation journey, we are looking for a Tax Manager to come on board.
With a blend of direct and indirect tax experience, the ideal candidate would collaborate closely with finance and treasury teams. This role involves managing discussions with authorities regarding TAPI and overseeing VAT and direct tax matters. It's a fundamental tax role within a corporate setting, with a focus on global transactions and distributions.
How you’ll spend your day
Overseeing all direct and indirect tax matters and Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations across those jurisdictions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, IT, Procurement, and operations to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions; Manage relationships with external tax advisors, tax authorities and auditors; and Ensure compliance with local Transfer Pricing requirements / and tax compliance Responsibility on tax provision (tax accounting).Your experience and qualifications
Deep knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing regulation Minimum 7+year experience in tax planning & compliance Strong expertise in direct and indirect taxes Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to prioritize tasks effectively Fluency in English
