As a senior ScrumMaster, you will serve as a trusted partner to the senior AgileCoach and act as a sparring partner for Agile role holders in allaspects of the transformation.

Yourresponsibilities will include establishing Scrum as defined in theScrum Guide, by promoting an understanding of Scrum theory andpractice within the Scrum Team and the organization. You will alsobe accountable for the effectiveness of the Scrum Team by enablingthem to continuously improve their practices within the Scrumframework.

In this role, you will demonstratetrue leadership by serving both the Scrum Team and the largerorganization.

  • You will make adifference in this role by helping your teams take the next stepsin their Agile growth.

  • You will creatively plant the seedsfor continuous improvement within your teammembers.

  • Your leadership and expertisewill have a profound impact on the success of your teams and thelarger organization.

Functie-eisen
  • 20-30 hours availability perweek;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, with apreference for those who have experience in Agile within atechnical area;
  • Additionally, relevant Agilecertificates such as PSMI, PSMII, and PSPO I arerequired;
  • 5+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster;
  • Experience working with value streamsand complex organizations;
  • Excellentcommunication skills;
  • Highlyanalytical;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Pragmatic;
  • Forward-thinking;
  • Strongconceptual skills;
  • Hands-on approach toachieving goals;
  • You are not afraid to takerisks and have a clear vision that you are passionate about sharingand pursuing;

  • Fluent English skills arerequired for effective communication in both verbal and writtenforms.
