As Vice President at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Banking for the Real Estate sector, you are ready to be part of a dynamic international team, where you will take a leading role on deals and be the primary point of contact for our clients. You are looking to take your career to the next level in a boutique investment bank, advising clients on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions for the Real Estate sector.
That is what you will use your talents for as a Vice President Investment Banking at Van Lanschot Kempen. As a true professional, you will be involved in a wide range of activities such as:
taking primary responsibility for deal execution of transactions preparing and delivering presentations, detailed valuations, and pitches maintaining client relations during the deal execution period and building M&A, Debt Advisory, or Equity Capital Markets expertise compiling and analyzing investor feedback building the team's culture and capabilities, by active mentoring and training of analyst and associate level bankers.

5-7 years of relevant working experience in M&A, debt advisory, ECM, strategy advisory or a corporate within the real estate sector communication and project management talent excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is not required).
