YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile internal reports on physical biofuels flows that run through VARO terminal network and external storages to determine the quality and quantity of biofuels brought to markets in EU member states.;

Compile and send reports to VARO’s clients to fulfill contractual obligations regarding the timely receipt/transfer of agreed sustainability documentation;

Cooperate with the Renewables Compliance team to ensure suppliers send timely and complete sustainability documentation; 

Assess the conformity of sustainability documentation to external requirements and commercial agreements, and ensure its incorporation into biofuel administrations;

Come up with ideas to further improve biofuel administrations;

Identify risks related to operational or financial aspects of biofuels transactions.

YOUR PROFILE

In order to fulfill the content of the job the ideal candidate has:

Master's degree in Business Economics, Accounting & Controlling, or a related field;

Experience with reporting;

Affinity with or interest in legal texts;

Knowledge of commodity markets considered advantageous;

Proficient with Microsoft Office;

English proficiency required; German, Dutch, or French language skills beneficial.
