The Electrical Lead Engineer has in-depth knowledge of the electrical discipline and is dedicated to leading the team in inspiring projects.

Tasks
  • To review and discuss project development information and work demarcation;
  • To monitor the quality of engineering work and to ensure the correct interfacing and integration of all data;
  • To ensure in time correct plan drawings and technical specifications;
  • To design codes, rules, and regulations;
  • To review and approve the engineering documentation and completeness of scope;
  • To initiate corrective measures to solve upcoming problems and to monitor the follow-up to ensure the required high-quality output;
  • To organize your work in such a way that the goals are achieved within said time.
  • To report to the Electrical Engineering Coordinator.
Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or you have a Secondary Vocational Education with relevant work experience in Electrical Engineering;

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience;

  • Are analytical, passionate, persuasive, result-oriented, and a good team player

  • Have a proactive and problem-solving approach;

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD/Rhinoceros;

  • Have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • Excellent primary and secondary working conditions

Mobeco is a project organization active in niche markets within technology (ship and yacht building, offshore and maritime suppliers). Our focus is on finding or creating opportunities. Supporting our clients with insufficient knowledge or capacity, both on a project bases and on secondment.
