How do you do this?
Are you ready to define the future of work by testing business ideas and turning insights into innovative employee experiences? As an Internal Innovation Consultantin Digital Factory, you will have the unique opportunity to help employees work better, faster, and happier, by leading projects that will set the strategy of our lab incubator and feed our project pipeline with innovative solutions. Your role is to close the evidence gap by providing insights that guide decision-making through planning and executing experiments from early-stage product ideas, POCs, and MVPs
manage Digital Factory Lab Workstream: Set up operations to run and measure the impact of initiatives in the innovation incubator;conduct ongoing product-market validation and experimentation;guide team members on the right frameworks and methodologies for running agile experiments;work with Service Designers, User Researchers, Product Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to run experiments. Facilitate collaboration across disciplines;orchestrate the operations needed to run experiments, including recruitment, sampling, and tooling management.;communicate compelling narratives about new opportunities to internal stakeholders.What’s in it for you?

proven track record (2-3+ years) in running experiments, data gathering, and analysis;analytical abilities to synthesize data and draw actionable conclusions from various research methodologies;experience collaborating with cross-functional teams;skills in prototyping tools like Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or Figma.Bij Deloitte werken we hybride.
