Photonis, world leader in the production of electro-optical components for ion, electron and photon detection, is looking for an experienced:

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

As a Financial Administrative Employee at Photonis, you are responsible for accurately managing financial data and supporting the financial processes within our company. You play an essential role in maintaining financial integrity and promoting an efficient work environment.

The function:

Taking care of accounts payable administration Matching purchase invoices with receipts Verifying invoice information and checking for accuracy and completeness Processing bank transactions and making invoices payable Processing other financial transactions and maintaining accounting data Support in preparing various financial reports and analyses Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes

Our ideal candidate:

MBO or HBO diploma in finance, accounting or similar in experience Relevant work experience as a financial administrative employee Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial software Good command of the Dutch and English language Accurate, proactive and able to work under pressure

We offer you:
