Quality Engineer (QHSE)

Wat ga je als Quality Engineer bij VDL GL Plastics doen?

Managers en teamleden ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van het QHSE-programma, de regels en normen hiervan; Aanbevelingen geven voor wijzigingen of aanpassingen aan lokale regelgeving voor bestaande benaderingen, procedures en werkmethoden; Activiteiten organiseren en hulpmiddelen gaat ontwikkelen om preventie te bevorderen en teamleden en managers te coachen, als preventiemedewerker; Leidinggevenden ondersteunen en raadplegen bij alle veiligheid (RIE) en kwaliteits gerelateerde aspecten; Daarnaast zal je relaties met interne en externe stakeholders onderhouden en interne audits uitvoeren.

Jouw profiel:

Voor deze functie is het van belang dat je beschikt over:

Hbo werk- en denkniveau; Kennis van veilige werkmethoden, kennis/ervaring in de uitvoering en implementatie van veiligheidsprogramma's (RIE, AVR, BHV, etc); Kennis van normen als ISO 9001 en IATF 16949; Competenties als intern auditor en het vermogen om mensen in teams te enthousiasmeren om het eindresultaat te bereiken. Daarin ben je oplossingsgericht en besluitvaardig; Een analytisch denkvermogen, sterke communicatieskills en je bent een teamspeler; Taalvaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
