HR Associate, PA to CEO, and Office Administrator

Summary:
The overall purpose of this job is to provide HR support and assistance in the administration and management of human resources functions within the organization. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities as the Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO and the management of office administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Handle employee’s contracts and coordinate payroll process
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary HR information and assistance.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and conducting investigations when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Personal Assistant to CEO:
- Coordinating CEO’s travel arrangements.
- Organizing Teams and Board meetings
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Office Administration:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and properly maintained.
- Manage relationships with office vendors, including suppliers and service providers, to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate office maintenance activities and communicate with the landlord or property manager regarding any issues.
- Support the planning and coordination of office events and meetings.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment for all employees.
Profile:
- Minimum 3 years. The position requires advanced practical experience in HR, office management, or a related field. Experience in coordinating office operations is an advantage

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
