As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be playing a key role in our Software team, assuring the quality of our software. You will be responsible for our testing strategy and implementing test automation solutions.


What you will do:

  • Perform functional, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (automated and manual). Focus on our mobile application.

  • Define end-to-end test scenarios and data mappings using development documentation and requirements.

  • Support existing automated test suits and create new test cases.

  • Create and execute manual and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages.

  • Maintain the test result documentation to assist our development team in debugging and modification of software and systems.

  • Report bugs that occur during the process and suggest improvements.

  • Participate in refinements and discussions of the new features together with embedded and App and Cloud teams.

  • Develop tests in Typescript using Jest and Supertest frameworks on a daily basis.

  • Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success

  • Our current tech stack: Node.js, TypeScript, React, Postman.


What you will need:

  • You want to make a positive impact on the world and fight climate change.

  • You have a relevant degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Test Automation (JavaScript or similar).

  • You can set up, design, and implement test automation suites and advise the team on tooling.

  • You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them, and fix them.

  • You are full of energy, eager, and capable to learn and grow.

  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

  • You have a minimum fluency level of C1 in English.
