We provide expertise in the field of Engineering,Project Management, Maintenance, Shutdowns, Construction andSafety.

Functieomschrijving

• As a Team Lead Outfitting, your keyresponsibilities will include:
• Leading an outfitting engineering team duringthe basic and detailed engineering phases of shipbuildingprojects.
• Overseeing thedetailed engineering of outsourced packages, ensuring compliancewith quality and regulatory standards.
• Advising on work breakdown structures andeffectively allocating man-hour budgets.
• Delivering high-quality engineering work ontime, meeting project requirements.
• Supervising engineering team activities within2D and 3D environments, such as Cadmatic orCatia.
• Integrating vendor andsubcontractor information, performing technical analysis on offers,and supporting design checks and reviews.
• Monitoring and controlling man-hours spent andproviding progress reports to the Project ManagerEngineering.
• Ensuringcompliance with all applicable regulatory requirements andspecifications.
• Contributingto the department's development by developing and describingstandards and working methods.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldcombined with at least five years of experience in outfittingsystems engineering.
•Proficiency in 2D and 3D systems, preferably Cadmatic or Catia,with experience in ships or offshoreinstallations.
• Experience inleading mid-size engineering teams of up to ten people andstructuring work packages effectively.
• Knowledge of class and statutory rules andregulations such as SOLAS, Lloyds Register, andDNV.
• Experience in workingwith vendors, subcontractors, and Good Engineering Practices, witha strong focus on quality and budget awareness.
• Proficiency in Dutch, German, and Englishlanguages, both written and verbal.
• Strong references, as pre-employment securityscreening is standard.
•Permanent EU citizenship and passport arerequired.
