YOUR TASKS
Responsible for (improvement projects) within the Workforce management team Responsible for set up and changes of WFM - HR systems Strategic and tactical capacity planning of flexible and permanent staff in our warehouses. Constantly liaising with staffing agencies, workforce planners, and the internal organization. Contributing significantly to the further professionalization of our existing workforce by addressing recruitment, turnover, cross-training, and the ratio between flexible and permanent staff. Learning, understanding, and managing the various variables of the capacity management model. Making data insights clear through your analyses. Achieving optimal staff deployment through personal contact.
YOUR PROFILE

Salary between €2.542,- and €4.561,- and we top it off with a fully paid retirement plan, discounted gym memberships.
