We are seeking an experienced Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) Content Curator to join the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Team within our R&D Academy.you will help shape the LXP by curating content, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment between the LXP team and technical support teams.

Duration: minimum of 4 months

Description

  • Curation and Content Creation:
    • Identify, evaluate, and curate intellectual properties and digital assets (articles, videos, courses) from internal and external sources for the LXP.
    • Ensure the technical training content is clear, accessible, and engaging for the target audience.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and tag content for easy access and searchability.
    • Regularly review and update content to ensure relevancy and accuracy, collaborating with stakeholders across various colleges.
  • LXP Communication:
    • Facilitate internal communication regarding the LXP across the organization, ensuring alignment with global standards and branding guidelines.
    • Organize and upgrade meetings with internal teams, bridging the gap between content creators and the central technical team.
    • Act as a liaison between the LXP team and end users, helping them understand and navigate the platform.
  • Newsletter Management:
    • Create and manage the monthly LXP newsletter, deciding on the content in consultation with the team and leveraging existing templates for structure.
  • Platform Reporting and Analytics:
    • Track and report on key performance indicators such as recurring visitors, user engagement, and content interaction on the LXP.
    • Use data to provide insights on content utilization, identifying areas for improvement or gaps in the learning experience.
  • Branding, Marketing, and Learning:
    • Ensure that the LXP remains an attractive and user-friendly learning environment in alignment with the ASML Academy branding.
    • Work on improving the visibility and accessibility of content to enhance the learning experience for end users.
  • Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor compliance with global quality standards, ensuring the content curated meets both academy and organizational guidelines.
    • Propose improvements for the content curation process and tools, ensuring alignment across the academy and continuous enhancement of the LXP.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, regularly consulting with them to ensure the relevance and quality of curated content.
    • Manage expectations and facilitate ongoing conversations with users, subject matter experts, and the technical team.
