Functieomschrijving:

-Operate and control process equipment using measurement and control panels in a 4-shift operation-Controlling the process by means of interpreting the process parameters, performing inspections/controls, securing equipment, etc.-Supervising, instructing and assessing performance of your employees-Giving directions and distributing work within set objectives-Examine possible improvements of working methods and discuss this with the Plant Manager-Participating in departmental meetings, shift handover and providing daily reports (e.g. JDE, OEE) for the Plant Manager.

Gevraagd wordt:

-Minimum 2 to 5 years work experience in a managerial role in a (food) production environment-Experience in the process industry is an advantage.-High level of education and in possession of an Operator B diploma or the ambition to obtain one.-Knowledge of and affinity with digital systems (e.g. JDE Edwards, Systems Online, Microsoft Office).-Proactive attitude and able to take decisions decisively.-Able to work together with a common goal in mind while observing safety rules and order and cleanliness (5S system).
