What are you going to do

As Production Employee Flowers & Plants you will work in a greenhouse where the temperature is between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius in the summer and 10 degrees Celsius in the winter. The work you perform is generally performed while standing up.

Your tasks: Cleaning work Check flowers and plants Perform quality checks Paste stickers Sorting shipments Assemble or wrap carts with foil Collect orders Preparing orders for shipment The working days are from Monday to Friday and the working hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you love the work so much that you can't get enough of it? During the peak season you have the option to work from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM or on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:15 PM. You can indicate what you like
You can work 40 to 45 hours a week.

About the company

You will work at an informal company where there is a real Brabant atmosphere (Brabants gezellig, as we say in Dutch). The most beautiful garden plants known all over the world are grown here. We work hard, but we laugh even harder. Your employer is very involved which means that you will receive plenty of (personal) attention and furthermore, the team is very close and family-like. And what's also fun, you practically work in the backyard of De Efteling

What do we expect from you?

Command of the English and/or Dutch language Physically fit because you are moving all day You are willing to work overtime and long days (9 hours) Stability, independence, reliability and flexibility Own transport is ideal as the company is difficult to reach by public transport
