Who are you?
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you'll design, develop, deploy, and maintain reliable systems, setting an example for your team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance to improve reliability. Automation is in your DNA.
What we are looking for:
- Passion for engaging with developers to leverage SRE.
- Enthusiasm for open-source infrastructure technology.
- Dedication to unlocking developers' full potential.
- Proficiency with container technology.
- Experience with modern engineering practices (DORA, SPACE, DevEx).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- A desire to achieve Engineering Excellence and challenge the current conditions.
- 3+ years as an SRE, software engineer, or related role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Go, Java, TypeScript).
- Proven experience in delivering engineering solutions and leading projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning.
- Experience in a consultancy or client-facing role is a plus.
- Leadership experience or ability to guide teams.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
- Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, GitLab pipeline).
- Experience applying SLOs, SLIs, and error budget concepts.
- Design and implement SRE solutions for clients.
- Understand client needs and provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and drive code quality.
- Stay updated with engineering trends and tools.
- Develop technical documentation and training materials.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new talent.
- Speak at conferences and community meetups.
- Work on our product every Friday with the team.
