You will work at a meat processing company in Boxtel.You will work within a small team where you ensure that people allover the world can enjoy a piece of meat that has been processedand packaged by you every day. The team will consist ofapproximately 5 to 6 people that you willmanage.
The company is easily accessible bypublic transport, the station is about a 10-minute walk away. Whenyou're coming by car or bicycle, there's enough space topark.

As an Operator you are an important link inthe production process. You start your day between 06:00 and 07:00and drink a good cup of coffee with your colleagues. Youimmediately receive a number of calls from your colleagues becausea machine has crashed. You rush to the machine and fix themalfunction, while you're at it, you also do the maintenance on themachine so that this is done immediately. You always keep an eye onthe prescribed technical specifications and guidelines. Because it is a food company, you also take into account thelegal and company regulations regarding hygiene and safety. Everyweek you discuss with your manager how to improve efficiency,productivity and profitability.
After resolving amalfunction or performing maintenance, you register the productsused and record malfunctions in logs.
•Experience in a similar position is anadvantage;
• You have technicalinsight;
• You are available fulltime for alonger period of time.
• A gross hourly wage of € 13,27 per hour dependingon knowledge and experience;
• You build 10%holiday hours;
• You build 8,33% holidaypay;
• A travel allowance above10km;
• You build up pension after 8 weeksworked;
• A fulltime position with the prospectof permanent employment if it suits both sideswell;
