Contract : permanent

As part of the MGS R&D solutions data & analytics team, the Lab Analytics Portfolio Coordinator is accountable for the sustainable and harmonized growth of the lab analytics tools portfolio.

The job holder is responsible for developing engagement among senior stakeholders throughout the business as well as the user engagement to ensure quality decisions are made regarding the product portfolio development and users are optimizing the value delivered through optimum usage of the /she/they will deliver a consolidated and continuously reviewed and improved portfolio of tools through gathering users' feedback, aligning development with business priorities and giving visibility to the value delivered by the lab analytics program. He/she/they will work in close partnership with the corporate Digital Technologies Analytics team and external partners to coordinate the delivery of the digital tools and ensure the delivery is prioritized according to the defined priorities.

What are we looking for?

ESSENTIAL:

5 years of experience in lab domain ideally across several functions

Knowledge about lab systems and processes

Strong at Stakeholders’ management and customer focus (customer centricity)

Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organize workload

Able to quickly translate data insight into business context

Fluent in writing and speaking English

DESIRED:

Experienced in Agile methodology

Balanced appropriately assertive and collaborative communication

Data Analytics applied to business strategy

What will be your key responsibilities?

USERS AND STAKEHOLDERS’ ENGAGEMENT

Acts as a single point-of-contact for the Lab analytics team and engage the appropriate team members (regional or global PO) for projects regarding specific product.

Acts as expert in the CI portfolio to contributes to cross-function stakeholders’ alignment on priorities regarding new product development vs. current products improvement,

Gathers user feedback and develops CIP for implementation in the entire portfolio to enhance usage of the Platform.

Communicates and promote to a wide range of stakeholders.

ANALYTICS PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Is accountable for ensuring the latest guidelines are updated, communicated, and adhered to throughout the portfolio.

Finds the synergies to support Lab analytics lead in making strategic decisions to keep our portfolio simple and complete.

Coordinates activities, assigns work and motivates project team members.

Manages schedule, budget, and change requests.

VALUE MEASUREMENT

Defines methodology and track value directly and indirectly delivered through analytics tools portfolio

Analyses the link between usage and value delivered to improve both engagement and portfolio development strategy

PRODUCT OWNERS COACHING

Provides frameworks, templates, and advisory support to all PO that can be used to deliver their objectives

Is a role model Product Owner (PO) and able to share best practices and coach other PO in their daily role
