Technical Administrator

You will be working in an international and dynamic environment within the aviation industry, collaborating with a team of professionals focused on maintaining and optimizing various aircraft. Do you have a passion for aviation and administrative precision? 

In this role, you’ll manage aircraft maintenance records, ensuring everything is logged accurately based on technician reports. You’ll prepare detailed maintenance reports, making sure all work complies with aviation regulations.

You’ll also track and update flight hours, aircraft cycles, and inventory records, supporting the maintenance team to keep everything running smoothly. Your attention to detail ensures the safety and efficiency of our operations.

• Experience with administrative processes, preferably within the aviation sector.
• Familiarity with aviation maintenance processes (Part-145 & Part-M) or a willingness to learn.
• Strong computer skills and precision in working with systems.
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and set priorities.
• Affinity with the aviation sector is a plus.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,300, depending on experience.
• A full-time function in normal office hours.
• A good chance to be taken over on a contract directly by the company after 7 months on an agency contract.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (up to 30 km one way).
• 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days, and 5.2% ATV paid on top of your salary
