About the job

Unique role within our HR organization with a global impact.

In your future role as “ HR IT Specialist” you will

Manage and maintain Global HR systems. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address system requirements. Oversee data integrity, security and privacy within all of Nouryon’s HR systems

We believe you bring

Degree in information technology Strong experience in HR IT administration, configuration, and support Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows In dept knowledge of HR IT platforms and technologies; SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, People doc.

Experience with reporting and visualization tools
