The Dutch lead for Net Revenue Growth Management role will be expected to:
Lead the market rollout of NRGM within the Dutch organization, developing the methodology for NRM in the market codifying the ways of working into our operating model, working closely with the local leadership teams. Set the NRGM strategy and lead strategic financial and contracting processes across the commercial functions to align with targets, utilizing the five levers of NRGM. Partner with local senior stakeholders to embed NRGM ways of thinking and processes into the local market, grounded in an analytical approach. Establish appropriate routines with Europe to deliver against the growth agenda and build capability, thought leadership and best practice across the wider teams. Develop cross-functionally plans that drive a sustainable balance of volume, price, and mix growth using the outputs from NRGM processes (including headline price, pack & format
architecture, trade & portfolio mix, promo effectiveness and trade terms) . Understand and enable market decisions based on trade-offs between market share, volume, sales, price, mix and profit. Help drive joint value creation conversations with our customers by grounding our thinking in driving value for Arla, our Customers and their customers based on shopper insights Partner across the organization leveraging relationships with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Customer Development to deliver the transformational program across the organization.
Your profile
5+ years in a commercial role (MS&P/NRGM, sales, finance, category or similar) with P&L responsibility, with knowledge of pricing disciplines and tools (strategic pricing, promo, PPA). Or background from a management consulting or as a pricing specialist. FMCG or Grocery Retail background preferably with at least 6 years of experience in NRGM or sales role managing the P&L. Proven track record of defining and delivering commercially oriented strategies and plans. Strong commercial experience and financial acumen, an understanding of the P&L the factors driving this and how to influence and build growth. Excellent Dutch verbal, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills, you display a growth mindset looking to find and implement solutions. Executive presence and ability to influence critical commercial decisions with senior stakeholders covering market leadership teams. Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources. Strong analytical skills utilizing data from various sources to provide insight to make the correct data led decisions. This is both a strategic role, where you'll be involved in setting the strategy, objectives and vision for NRGM, and also an operational role as you lead the execution of the annual revenue growth plan.
You will be well versed in the demands of a commercial / consumer environment and have a track record of delivering results. Using your strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, you'll be a strong communicator with a well-developed set of influencing skills.
