t standaard mee aan projecten die ons als recruitment team nog beter maken. Denk aan proces optimalisatie- of innovatie, zoals de implementatie van een nieuwe assessment tool zodat we beter inzicht krijgen in de kwaliteiten van kandidaten. Dat vraagt dus om stevige projectmanagement vaardigheden 

Werkomgeving

Je komt te werken binnen het HR Talent Domein, in het IT team. De recruitment teams zijn ingericht op doelgroep, en opgebouwd uit verschillende disciplines waardoor we succesvol agile kunnen werken. In elk team zitten één of meer Talent (Tech) Sourcers. Samen vormen we een hecht team: je mag van ons verwachten dat er hard wordt gewerkt maar nog harder wordt gelachen. Balans is voor ons belangrijk. Tijdens het werken vanuit huis is er altijd tijd voor ontspanning en je krijgt veel vrijheid om je werk in te richten op een manier die passend is voor jou.

Je profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een professional die nieuwgierig is van aard, autonoom te werk gaat en resultaatgericht is. Verder:

Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding  Je hebt ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter en LinkedIn Talent Insights (en/of vergelijkbare tooling) Je hebt ervaring met het opzetten van sourcing strategieën en het toepassen van verschillende werving- & selectie methoden voor hard to hire doelgroepen Je bent een verbindende en stevige gesprekpartner voor zowel je kandidaten als de hiring managers waar je mee samen werkt Je vindt persoonlijke ontwikkeling belangrijk en je staat open voor feedback van je peers  Innovatie binnen je werk vind je belangrijk; je draagt hier actief aan bij door het delen van ideeën en door bestaande processen te challengen en te optimaliseren (onlangs hebben we bijvoorbeeld sourcing door middel van een persoonlijke videoboodschap geïntroduceerd)  Jij snapt als geen ander dat talent sourcing een vak apart is, je deelt daarom actief je kennis met collega’s binnen- en buiten het recruitment domein Je bent in staat om de lead te nemen in projecten, kunt goed prioriteren en zorgt dat deadlines gehaald worden.

Wij bieden

Een salarisindicatie bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek: EUR. 3650 - 5200 bruto per maand (incl. vakantiegeld/ excl. benefit budget). Inschaling is afhankelijk van de kennis, ervaring en het potentieel wat jij meebrengt. Een 36-urige werkweek is ook mogelijk.
