Responsible for operation and maintenance of all plant utilities and for delivering sufficient utilities to the GMP manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for utilities (plant steam, Production gasses, soft water, chilled water, PW, VHP, autoclaves, clean steam etc.).
Responsible for operation and maintenance of HVAC and building-related installations like cold rooms which involve the Engineering and Qualification of GMP manufacturing sites. This includes the Building Monitoring System and Access Control systems in the facility.
Ensure that utilities and maintenance systems, execution and documentation are efficient and dependable during inspection. Ensures timely response to regulatory issues.
Responsible for maintaining compliance with all procedures, policies and regulations regarding provided utilities and services.
Responsible for pest control (sign of/ guide pest-control coordinator)
Will be working in a GMP regulated environment
Key requirements
B.Sc. / MBO4+ in a Technical Discipline
relevant working experience with a minimum of three years
Dutch working permit
Allround experience with HVAC & other utilities (maintenance activities regarding electrical, mechanical)
good English language skills (verbal & written)
pro-active person, handson
coordinating experience with third parties
Dutch language skills preferred
building automation experience is a pre
SAP experience preferred
meticulous/ accurate person
