As a Clinical Study Assistant, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of clinical studies in the global clinical research team. Your responsibilities will include providing both operational and administrative support to various members of the team, including Study Managers, Study Researchers, Data Managers, and the Supplies team.
Your key tasks:
- Supporting the clinical team and assisting in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports in accordance with GCP guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- You will be responsible for preparing the ISF and TMF for participating centers in clinical studies.
- Supporting the team in the financial management of clinical studies and in contract management and vendor creation.
- You will be involved in organizing internal and external meetings and working to optimize processes within the department.
- You will be the central point of contact for the clinical team for all project communication, correspondence, and documentation.
- Being a clinical study assistant, you will support the team with any ad-hoc requests that come in internally and externally during the study's execution.
- Bachelor's degree (1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred);
- Knowledge of GCP is preferred and will be looked upon favorably;
- Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English;
- Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as is the ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with various applications - including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - is highly valued.
Through our agency, you will receive a 4-month temporary contract.
Salary will be around €3000 - €4000 gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week) and is based on education and experience;
- 30 annual leave days ( based on 1 year);
- Travel expenses will be covered;
- Pension plan.
