Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role:
Reporting to Country Operations Manager, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be taking the lead on process optimization, Service Center outsourcing findings, automation opportunities, correct systems usage, trainings, customer implementation, etc.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be a part of creating value and bringing support to the organization at all levels accompanied with the regional pillars on business processes, systems, customer implementation, training, and revenue & cost + profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
Consistently leading structured projects Ensuring transparency and visibility with Operational Heads, and directly with Operations team within the country and in a regional basis Identifying business processes’ improvement opportunities, timelines, execution and following up with the stakeholders Ensuring all the functions are fully aligned with our corporate / regional strategy and teams. Keeping steady contact and alignment with all regional pillars of EMEA operational department Having regular reviews to ensure the correct utilization of our systems and find potential improvements together with the department Team Leads. Through utilization reports and task monitoring functions communicating via the EMEA Business PartnerWhat we are looking for:
Bachelor´s degree or master’s degree Knowledge and experience within the logistics, freight forwarding environment. Project and process management experience Strong business acumen, financial and operational competencies as well as a global / strategic perspective Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills Team player with the ability to work independently within deadlines. Fluency in English is a mustWhat we are offering:
