FunctieomschrijvingCarry out planning and schedulingfunctions in accordance with clients' standards.
Job responsibilities are related to theCommissioning Team. Included are analysis and evaluation ofproposed project execution, resource requirements and potentialimpacts to the overall construction and commissioningschedule.
KeyResponsibilities and Duties:
•Review commissioning project control system including planning,scheduling, and reporting/monitoring.
• Plan and provide work direction as required forthe preparation of planning and scheduling control systems andother practices to give Commissioning Managers means to evaluateand improve the efficiency of their projectexecution.
• Provide staffguidance to Commissioning Managers in areas of planning andscheduling expertise by analysing and evaluating all pertinentdata.
• Review and approve thecommissioning baseline schedule and the progress measurementsystem.
• Discuss, coördinate,and resolve long term and short-term planning and schedulingproblems with personnel throughout the Company and with contractororganizations. Act as a technical consultant whenrequired.
• Evaluate/validatethe planning and progress information collected from theCommissioning Team and advise management of exceptions to the planand potential corrective action and/or impact to theproject.
• Participate incommissioning schedule risk analysis whenrequired.
• Ensure contractorcompliance with contractual and procedural planning and reportingrequirements.
• Review andevaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of planning andscheduling information collected from Commissioning Team. Advise ofsignificant exceptions and recommend correctiveactions.
• ProvideCommissioning Team input to the consolidated Project progressreports and schedules.
•Collect lessons learned during execution to be reported in theproject closure report.
• Degree in Planning, Engineering, orrelated subject.
• In-depthknowledge of project commissioning.
• Over 10 years’ experience in Oil andGas/Petrochemical industry.
•Good knowledge of Primavera software.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excelskills.
• Good knowledge ofEnglish language, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills.
