Often, when smaller to medium-sized Market Authorization holders are developing medicines, the commercialization of these innovative treatments can pose a challenge for the MA holders. Abacus Medicine Pharma Services (AMPS) is the pharma services division of the Abacus Medicine Group and launched in 2014. We provide bespoke, end-to-end commercialisation solutions for global innovators who want to successfully launch their products in the European Union and United Kingdom.

AMPS spans five functional areas, with this role being part of Sales & Operations. The team focuses on providing seamless operational solutions for our partners and end customers while coordinating with Abacus Group operations and maximizing the value of the partnership for Abacus and our clients. The team consists of 7 dedicated colleagues, including Alexander Franc Iversen – VP Sales & Operations, who has been with Abacus for 13 years and continues to make significant contributions.
You will have the opportunity to join a highly international team, with members located in Spain, the UK, and of course, our HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Do you have brilliant stakeholder management skills and excel in coordination? Are you adept at forecasting and stock management with a flair for continuous optimization depending on clients needs? Then you might be the one we are looking for
Your tasks would include:
Operations
•Generate and manage rolling 18-month forecasts for clients and end markets.
•Process purchase orders and manage buffer stock to ensure optimal inventory levels.
•Coordinate inbound and outbound transport logistics.
•Maintain alignment of ERP, stock, and sales PBI reporting systems.
•Support operational integration of new programs and products, and assist Account Directors with client inquiries related to operations.
Sales
•Manage pricing and tender processes to drive sales opportunities, coordinating with our Parallel Trade business unit where relevant.
•Gather market-specific sales insights for existing and new programs.
•Assist in developing proposals to expand current partnerships using Excel and PowerPoint, collaborating with departments such as Medical Affairs and Analysis & Insights.
•Conduct regular alignment meetings with sales, operations, and other stakeholders to improve cooperation and efficiency.
Fuel for Your Success in the Role
You have:
•A Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Development, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field
•Strong coordination skills with the ability to effectively manage tasks and projects.
•Excellent collaboration abilities, adept at fostering relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
•Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as our primary company language is English and we operate in international markets.
•Strong numerical aptitude for pricing, quantity calculation, sales orders, and financial proposals.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
