Wat ga je doen?
Ons warehouse in Tilburg, met meer dan 15.000 m² aan opslagruimte, is jouw werkterrein. Als warehouse supervisor zorg jij voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de teamleads en operators. Met jouw logistieke ervaring weet je precies hoe je je team motiveert en begeleidt om zowel aan de verwachtingen van de klant te voldoen als persoonlijke doelen te bereiken.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de operations manager. Omdat je werkt met een team dat uit verschillende nationaliteiten bestaat, is goede beheersing van de Engelse taal belangrijk. Naast de dagelijkse leiding zorg je voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning en houd je het operationele proces nauwlettend in de gaten. Jij bent degene die knelpunten tijdig signaleert en oplost. Ook voer je functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en begeleid je ziekteverzuim binnen je team.
Je hebt een bewezen trackrecord als het gaat om continuous improvement. We werken met een data-driven aanpak, dus affiniteit met cijfers en analyses is van groot belang. Daarnaast is flexibiliteit cruciaal, omdat we in een dynamische omgeving werken waar snel schakelen soms nodig is.
Je krijgt veel vrijheid en vertrouwen om, samen met je collega-supervisors, de operatie in goede banen te leiden. Ons warehouse is zeven dagen per week in bedrijf, met shifts van zondag tot en met vrijdag tussen 07:00 en 01:00 uur. Flexibiliteit qua werktijden is dus essentieel.
