We are looking for an Inhouse Consultant who will be responsible for managing a team and collaborating with clients. If you are a leader with a passion for working with people, this offer is for you

Main Responsibilities:
• Team leader, managing the Flex team
• On-site team coordination
• Managing communication with clients
• Solving operational issues
• Reporting team performance
• Supporting recruitment and training of employees
• Conducting company presentations
• Controlling and monitoring administrative matters of temporary workers
• Discovering new talents
• Creating daily schedules
• Making adjustments to daily schedules
• Preparing transport plans

Requirements:
• Effective communication skills: Ability to clearly convey information and collaborate with the team and clients.
• Good organizational skills: Ability to plan and coordinate tasks in a dynamic environment.
• English: At least B2 level, to communicate fluently with employees and clients.
• Problem-solving skills: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving current challenges.
• Openness to new challenges: Willingness to learn and adapt in changing conditions.
• High personal culture: Ability to build positive relationships with team members and clients.
