Een optimale logistieke operatie is in onze medisch logistieke campus in Heerlen letterlijk van levensbelang. Jij bent als Warehouse Supervisor een van de belangrijkste schakels in het logistieke proces. Samen met jouw team zorg je er voor dat klinieken, ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen hun medische goederen en apparaten tijdig ontvangen en streeft naar een hoge kwaliteit en goede service richting te klant. Jouw doel om iedere dag deze goederen zo snel, veilig en goed mogelijk klaar te zetten voor verzending.
Als Warehouse Supervisor rapporteer je aan de Operations Manager.
WAT GA JE DOEN?
Een gemotiveerd team werkt harder, dat weet jij als geen ander Daarom start jij jouw shift met een enthousiaste ‘kick off’, waarin je de structuur van die dag bespreekt en je team motiveert om er samen voor te gaan. Samen met je assistent check je de voortgang van de workload gedurende de dag, ook overleg je met collega-supervisors en uitzendbureaus over de planning. Daarnaast ga je:
De klant blij maken. Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt en de juiste kwaliteit heeft; Collega’s motiveren om elke dag het maximale uit de werkdag te halen; Samen met jouw team doelen en KPI’s halen; Kritisch zijn naar onze processen: jij denkt mee over hoe we het elke dag beter kunnen doen.WAAR ZIJN WE NAAR OP ZOEK?
Jij pakt de leiding en bent het voorbeeld voor jouw collega’s. Je spreekt mensen aan op hun taak en bewaakt de sfeer en het resultaat van jouw afdeling. Afwijkingen weet je te signaleren en je escaleert tijdig bij de Operations Manager en de ondersteunende afdelingen. Logistiek is een dynamische omgeving. Je kan goed tegen hectiek en ook onder druk houd je het doel voor ogen. Daarnaast heb je:
Minimaal een mbo-4 diploma; Twee jaar leidinggevende ervaring; Ervaring met HR-taken en werken met KPI’s; Geen probleem met werken in shifts of in de avonduren; Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels om de veiligheid op de vloer te waarborgen.WAT BIEDEN WE JOU?
