About Warehouse Manager:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and personnel management. Alongside the dedicated professionals at Dingli, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and personnel management.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as service and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
  • Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other business partners.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or disputes relating to warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
  • Experience working in the machinery or manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Working knowledge of EWP's is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English/Dutch.
