Finance Assistant Benelux

Part-time – Temporary, April – December 2024

25-30 hours per week.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team in Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance Benelux, providing crucial support in various financial and administrative functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of finance within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of forecast and budget files Support in reporting to the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data Sales reporting Daily sales Inventory tracker Processing invoices (creditors) Booking bank statements Sending reminders (debtors) Preparing VAT declaration / ICL monthly Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary financial figures and analysis. Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualification:

· 2-3 years of experience in a similar Admin & Accounting role.

· Proficient in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is an asset.

· Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.

· IGCSE/HBO or equivalent - (essential)

· Related experience in a Finance Assistant role

· Good working knowledge of MS office products and SAP desirable
