Het analyseren, advies formuleren en fiatteren van de door accountmangers ingediende kredietvoorstellen binnen de richtlijnen van het krediet- en acceptatiebeleid gericht op de verlening van diverse financieringsproducten tegen een voor ABF acceptabel risico. Deelname aan voorbesprekingen; het adviseren van accountmanagers en/of klanten over aspecten en mogelijkheden van Asset Based financieren. Deelname aan sector overleggen waarin proactief kennis wordt gedeeld en sector specifiek beleid wordt geformaliseerd en waarbij de expertise ingezet wordt om Sales te helpen haar acquisitieplannen te verwezenlijken. Deelnemen aan product ontwikkeling, innovatieve experimenten, strategische initiatieven en andere activiteiten die onze klantpropositie verder verbeteren. De juiste balans in het oog houden tussen het belang van de klant en de risk/ return verhouding voor ABF. Het opzoeken van je collega’s op ons kantoor in Utrecht om regelmatig te sparren, kennis te delen en elkaar beter te maken. Ook goed om te weten; of een deal doorgaat, wordt soms in een paar uur beslist. Als iets niet tot morgen of maandag kan wachten, moet je soms dus even door.
Werkomgeving
Als onderdeel van ABF zet het Credit Risk team haar asset kennis, asset kunde en netwerk in om klanten te helpen verantwoorde beslissingen te nemen en hun doelen te bereiken. Klantbelang staat daarbij altijd voorop en er wordt soms 'nee' verkocht als het risico van een product voor een klant te groot is. Het team is betrokken bij diverse innovatieve ontwikkelingen en verdienmodellen, waarbij Credit Risk een belangrijke rol speelt om klanten op een verantwoorde manier te kunnen bedienen.
De ideale kandidaat is een betrokken en organisatiesensitieve teamspeler met een sterke visie over de markten waar de klanten van ABF actief zijn en over de bedrijfsactiviteiten van ABF zelf. Ook beschikt de kandidaat over nieuwsgierigheid en executiekracht en kan hij of zij goed samenwerken met asset experts, legal advisors en sales collega's. Daarnaast vindt ABF het belangrijk dat haar medewerkers zich persoonlijk kunnen ontwikkelen en elkaar beter maken. Het Credit Risk team maakt deel uit van de Internationale ABF Credit Risk community, waarbij capaciteit, best practices, standaardisatie en beleidsontwikkeling met collega's in andere landen worden gedeeld. Het team kent een grote diversiteit aan focusgebieden, zoals (inter-)nationale deals, Structured finance transacties, Vendor Lease, Sustainability en Asset-Sector expertise.
ABF is actief in 4 Europese landen en heeft de ambitie om haar positie in het buitenland verder te vergroten. Het speelveld van ABF verandert snel en daarom zijn nieuwe ideeën en initiatieven van de nieuwe Credit Risk professional van belang om de strategie van ABF te kunnen realiseren.
Je profiel
Je hebt een HBO (of hoger) diploma in een relevante richting, zoals Bedrijfseconomie of Business Administration. Je hebt 3+ jaar werkervaring in zakelijke kredietverlening en hebt relevante opleidingen gevolgd, zoals Zakelijke Kredietverlening, waardoor je kennis hebt van financiële beoordeling, kredietrisico beheer, acquisition finance, syndications, treasury, evaluatie van cash flow projecties, business modellen, en waardering van activa. Je bezit kennis van bedrijfsvoering, financiële verslaglegging, juridisch-fiscale begrippen, en wet- en regelgeving in de (internationale) financiële dienstverlening op kredietgebied. Je hebt een brede interesse in economische en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en kunt deze vertalen naar de business risks van klanten. Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden, waardoor je snel data kunt begrijpen, omzetten naar informatie, conclusies kunt trekken en ordervorming kunt doen. Je bent besluitvaardig en durft, wanneer nodig, de knoop door te hakken op met de juiste doortastendheid. Je hebt sterk stakeholdermanagement, waardoor je mensen kunt meenemen in jouw mening, op de juiste manier kunt beïnvloeden en nee kunt zeggen op een respectvolle en effectieve manier. Je hebt uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Engels, Duits of Frans is een pré.
Wij bieden
Het bovenaan de pagina weergegeven bruto maandsalaris is op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, inclusief vakantiegeld en benefit budget. Het benefit budget bedraagt 11% van je salaris. Als je in een maand geen aankopen of reserveringen doet in de Benefit Shop, krijg je over die maand een twaalfde deel van je benefit budget uitbetaald. Vijf weken vakantie per jaar.
