The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- As a (Senior) Tax Manager, you are not only at the cradle of tax advice, but you also play an important role in its implementation and maintenance. The challenging part of working in our team is the opportunity to immediately distinguish yourself and have your own influence. You often sit at the table with the entrepreneur himself (DGA). Guiding and further developing our employees is also an important part of your duties.
- We have a fairly diverse client portfolio, from high-net-worth individuals to medium-sized and large companies that want to continue their growth abroad. A working day is never the same, you get a lot of freedom and a lot of responsibilities and you certainly never stop learning
Our tax team consists of approximately 11 colleagues. The team is relatively small, so you regularly work closely with your colleagues. As a result, there is a very pleasant and informal atmosphere in our team, where delivering high-quality work usually goes hand in hand with a lot of fun.
Our team's client portfolio is diverse; Our work ranges from taking care of relatively simple income tax returns for high net worth individuals, to complex international advisory issues for medium-sized companies that want to continue their growth abroad, and everything in between.
The Profile
As a (Senior) Tax Manager, you recognize yourself in the profile:
- At least 6 years of experience;
- Completed a degree in tax law or fiscal economics and successfully completed the three-year course of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB);
- Work experience in general practice is an advantage;
- Ambitious and driven in your personal and professional development;
- Customer-oriented, stress-resistant and you see problems as the challenge of finding the right solution;
