What impact will you make?
Als Analyst binnen het Payroll team, maak je deel uit van het International Employment Tax Services (IETS) team, wat valt onder de afdeling Global Employer Services (GES). Het afgelopen jaar is de wereld meer in beweging dan ooit en jij kan onze klanten helpen met de uitdagingen die ze vandaag de dag hebben op het gebied van hun internationale payroll. De IETS-praktijk is gespecialiseerd in salarisadministraties voor “bijzondere groepen” werknemers zoals expats en bestuurders. Aan kennis met betrekking tot grensoverschrijdende arbeid wordt daarom veel aandacht besteed.

“Binnen het Payroll team werk je voor verschillende (internationale) klanten, waardoor je werkzaamheden erg divers zijn. Je hebt te maken met het managen van kwaliteit en deadlines bij verschillende klanten. Dit maakt het werk leuk en uitdagend Daarnaast komen er verschillende (vakinhoudelijke) vragen voorbij waardoor je kennis kan blijven ontwikkelen.”
How do you do this?
verwerking van complexe salarisberekeningen voor externe klanten, waaronder expats en/of bestuurders;signalering en assisteren bij vragen op het gebied van o.a. loonbelasting, sociaal zekerheidsrecht, arbeidsrecht, pensioen en migratie ;meedenken en contact onderhouden met klanten, Belastingdienst en collega’s uit het (internationale) Deloitte netwerk;informeren van klanten over de impact van wijzigingen op ons uitgebreide werkgebied;verlening van payroll gerelateerde diensten zoals bijvoorbeeld Payroll Analytics en payroll automatiseringHet is voor deze functie mogelijk om in Rotterdam of Amsterdam te starten.

een afgeronde HBO-opleiding bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Economie of Finance;aantoonbare affiniteit met cijfers (dit vinden wij belangrijker dan de opleiding die je hebt genoten);een gedrevenheid om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische omgeving;0-2 jaar werkervaring in een soort gelijke rol (pre, geen must);uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.(W)here
Je deelt je expertise met zo'n 180 andere collega's in het Global Employer Services team dat onderdeel is van Deloitte Tax & Legal. Binnen Global Employer Services adviseren wij over fiscale en juridische aangelegenheden rondom de factor arbeid voor multinationals en de publieke sector. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in (internationale) loonbelastingvraagstukken, international mobility engagements, trajecten om werk- en verblijfsvergunningen te krijgen of het verbeteren van payrollprocessen.
Dit team loopt voorop als het gaat om innovatie, data-analyse en het gebruik van technologie.
